BUENOS AIRES， June 27 (Xinhua) -- The coach for Argentina's national soccer team， Gerardo Martino， will continue with the side and lead the Under 23 team through the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro.

The news came from the Argentine Football Association (AFA) on Monday， putting an end to rumors of Martino's possible resignation after his team lost the 2016 Centennial Copa America to Chile on Sunday in the United States.

The coach faced his second consecutive frustration in the regional soccer tournament after Argentina lost the final to Chile back in the 2015 edition.

LONDON， Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- The biggest ever flu vaccine program for children in England was announced Wednesday.

Public Health England (PHE) is to extend its annual flu program to include children in year 3， helping to protect millions of people most at risk.

To coincide with the extended program PHE and NHS England are mounting a major campaign to help children and the vulnerable stay well over the winter months.

PHE said the Stay Well This Winter campaign launches Wednesday with the biggest ever flu vaccination program in England for children. This year the program is being extended to those in school year 3， offering more than 4 million children protection against flu， around 600，000 more than last year.

As well as offering protection to children aged 2 to 7 years， PHE say it will help reduce the spread of flu to the most vulnerable in the community， particularly younger children， the elderly and those with long-term conditions.

Building on the success of last year， children aged 2， 3 and 4 can now get the vaccination from their GP. The school vaccination program gets underway later this week， with parents of younger children in primary schools， asked permission for their child to get the free nasal spray vaccination at school. The program will be extended gradually to older age groups in primary school in future years.

A PHE spokesman said: "Children are most likely to spread flu to others， so targeting them helps protect the wider community too."

Chief Medical Officer， Professor Dame Sally Davies， said: "Flu can be much more dangerous for children than many parents realise， and when children get flu， they tend to spread it around the whole family."

NAIROBI， Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- Kenya said on Monday regulations on local content for mining firms will be in place by the end of the year.

Mining Cabinet Secretary Dan Kazungu told a media briefing in Nairobi that the rules will require mining companies to source all inputs from local communities or from within the country.

"The regulations are borrowed from international best practice where mining firms are required to procure locally where their mining activity is based，" Kazungu said during a media briefing on the upcoming Kenya Mining Forum that will take place from Wednesday.

"The mining firms will only be allowed to source from outside Kenya if the goods and services are not available in the country，" he said.

In May， Kenya's new mining law came into force and replaced the existing one that has been in place since the 1940s. The new law requires that all mining operations benefit local community and country at large.

Government data indicates that the mining sector currently contributes one percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

"We want to increase the figure in order to further diversify Kenya economy， which is heavily dependent on agriculture， manufacturing and services，" Kazungu said.

The mining ministry also plans to launch the airborne mineral survey by the end of December. A team of 16 top geologists have already been established to spearhead the process of identifying a contractor to perform the airborne survey.
